By placing an order and entering into a service agreement with MUSIC EVOLUTIONS STUDIOS (MEV), you (Customer) agree and are bound to the following terms
Introduction
MUSIC EVOLUTIONS STUDIOS is operated by Michael Edward Bennett Jr. and David Wood. The above individuals retain all rights and responsibilities for services provided.
Statement
MEV is operated within the United States of America and all prices stated or quoted are in U.S. dollars. Any orders from locations outside of the U.S.A. are subject to currency conversion at the cost of ordered services from the customer's local currency into U.S. dollars. All money transferred is done securely through PayPal.com, a web-based public exchange service.
Privacy
All personal information and intellectual property submitted to MEV or its partners and affiliates will be kept private and remain exclusive to the company. At no time will any information be presented or sold to third party organizations or vendors.
Work For Hire
Services purchased and rendered by MEV are done as a "work for hire" as defined in the United States Copyright Act. The customer is granted and maintains all rights and privileges thereunder.
Prices
Service pricing does not contain tax, domestic or international, and is subject to change at any time without notice.
Length of Service
Upon confirmation of service request, MEV attempts to return so said services within 2 business days unless otherwise stated via electronic or other correspondance with customer.
If the customer fails to provide all of the essential information and materials to the provider, all orders will be considered incomplete and services will be put on hold until all such things are received.
All orders must be payed in full and will be confirmed with the receipt if the purchase before any services, recording or otherwise is initiated.
Once the customer approves the services and acknowledges their completion, MEV no longer retains any rights or responsibilities to the intellectual property or the service requested.
All electronic correspondance is considered appropriate and any agreements made in this manner are deemed true and binding.
Revisions and Modifications
MEV offers a guaranteed single revision for each song. In an effort to provide customer satisfaction, reasonable revisions are available either free of charge or are subject to a charge of $25 dollars per revision. All charges are are at the discretion of MEV and they maintain no responsibilities for revisions or modifications to the provided materials after completion of the first request. MEV reserves the right to refuse any request beyond it's stated obligations without reason or notice.
If the customer does not respond for approval to provided recordings and or revisions with 14 business days the services are then considered complete and final.
Cancelation Policy
All cancelations of orders must be done as immediate as possible and are subject to a $100 cancelation fee unless stated otherwise by MEV. If order has commenced MEV reserves the right to deny any monetary refund or credit. In an effort for customer satisfaction, a full refund will be given if circumstances are deemed appropriate, fair and/or necessary by MEV.
Liability
MEV is not liable for any damages or loss caused by using it's services, financial or otherwise, and the customer waives the right to file legal action.
All materials are saved and stored for a period of three months as a convenience to the customer. It is the customers responsibility to possess the source tracks after services have been completed.
MEV reserves the right to refuse or terminate services at any time.
The terms of service and information within may be exercised at any time without notice.
